AGM & ELECTIONS 2025
The ECCNSW 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 16th November 2025.
As part of our organisation’s 50-year celebration, we will be paying homage to our Foundational Member, Mr Jack Passaris OAM who passed away last year, by naming the ECCNSW building in his honour. This celebration will take place prior to the formalities of the AGM at 12.30 pm in the foyer , at the Ethnic Communities’ Council NSW, 221 Cope St Waterloo.

VOTING FOR MEMBERS WILL OPEN BETWEEN 1pm- 2pm
Please be aware that ECCNSW has now transitioned to a Company Limited by Guarantee and the voting process of Office Bearers has changed.
Membership Renewal Forms ,Invoices ,and AGM Packs with Nomination Forms for the positions of Board Director & Members’Forum have been posted out to our members.
If you have not received these please notify the ECCNSW office as membership renewal payments WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED on the AGM day!
