In this episode, Anita shares with us one of her enjoyable interests – Taichi.
She enjoys exercising Taichi as it allows her gently exercise her muscles anywhere and anytime. She also enjoys every slow and graceful movement in Taichi that enhances her harmony and resilience. She has made some new friends during her exercising Taichi. They always exercise together, followed by a cup of tea and chit-chat time afterwards.

她喜愛打太極,因為太極能夠在任何地方和時間下,幫助她溫和地舒展肌肉和身體。太極的一連串緩慢而優雅的動作,亦加強了她的身心上的平和與韌性。打太極亦為她帶來了一些志同道合的朋友,一起耍完太極後,大家一起飲杯茶,食個包,樂在其中。
Anita has ankylosing spondylitis. She is fascinated with a lot of hobbies to help nurture her health and body. Besides Taichi, she is also interested in regimen diet, meditation, gardening as well as Qi gong. Her motto is to stay positive and live passionately.
Anita 患有僵直性脊椎炎。她透過不同興趣和養生方法,令她身心得以更健康。除了太極外,她亦專注於健康食療,冥想,園藝和氣功等。她經常勉勵自己人生要保持樂觀,熱愛人生。
