Sydney Water Launches Education Programs

Sydney Water is offering a suite of free education programs designed to engage schools and communities in learning about sustainable water use.

For early learners, programs like Water Saving Superheroes and Sydney Water Storytime introduce children to the importance of water through fun, interactive activities. Primary school students can take part in hands-on experiences such as building an urban water cycle in the Aqua Allies incursion or visiting the Quakers Hill Purified Recycled Water Discovery Centre with H2Woah!. Secondary school students can deepen their water literacy with programs aligned to NSW Science and Geography syllabuses, including real-world exploration of recycled water technology.

Beyond schools, Sydney Water is also engaging the wider community with Purified Recycled Water Discovery Centre tours, information sessions, and the Wonders of Water Discovery Van, bringing interactive learning to events and local gatherings.

All programs are designed by qualified teachers to align with the NSW syllabus and the Early Years Learning Framework, supporting Sydney Waterโ€™s mission to build a sustainable water future.
