The Ageing and Disability Commission (ADC) is an independent agency of the NSW Government and promotes the rights of older people and adults with disability to live free from abuse, neglect and exploitation in their family, home and community. The ADC responds to reports of alleged abuse, neglect and exploitation of older people and adults with disability by providing advice, making referrals and conducting investigations where appropriate.

You can make a report by calling the NSW Ageing and Disability Abuse Helpline at 1800 628 221, Monday to Friday, 9am until 4pm. Reports can be made anonymously, via phone, email or online web form. For more information, visit adc.nsw.gov.au
