In this episode, our guest speaker Adwin shares some popular, accessible and inclusive interest groups organised by the Chinese Association Victoria.  Developing an interest has many benefits. The act of learning and practising an interest may help people with a disability build up confidence, self-esteem and life satisfaction which also contributes to good mental health. Engaging in an interest activity also encourages healthier behaviours and has a positive influence on overall physical health. Let's develop your interests and hobbies!

Mr. Adwin Town is the Public Relations Officer of the Chinese Association of Victoria (CAV). In the Association, he is devoted to promoting vocational training to members and domestic students, including those with disability, to upgrade skills and abilities. Adwin has extensive experience in community service and has partnered actively with local councils and multicultural groups in advocating multicultural and CALD related issues. He has also affiliated with government in promoting mental health awareness in the community.  He is very committed in serving the Australia for Christ Church Fellowship.

湯文海先生是中華文化協會的公共關係主任。在協會內湯先生致力推動職業訓練課程,以提高本地學生及殘疾人士的個人及就業技能。他擁有豐富的地區服務經驗,多次與維州地方政府及多元文化團體合作,推動宣傳多元文化等事宜。湯先生亦曾與政府合作,共同在社區中宣傳精神健康的重要性。他一直在Australia for Christ Church Fellowship裏投入地參與事奉工作。
