About the guest speaker
Yu Zhi Zhou has been in WA State Public Service for over 15 years and has been a part of Legal Aid WA's Finance team since April 2015. She is currently acting as Chief Finance Officer for Legal Aid with her substantive role as Senior Management Accountant.
