In this episode, the guest speaker from the Working Women Centre (SA) shares with us the accessible and inclusive resources and free legal support for working women and vulnerable workers, including those with a disability, on a variety of workplace-related matters. These resources and services allow people to better understand their rights at work and be able to manage unfair treatment effectively. The guest speaker encourages women and other vulnerable workers to speak out and seek resolution actively when facing inappropriate treatment at work.

Meng is a passionate feminist and unionist campaigner for the workers’ rights of migrants and international students. Proudly living as a neurodivergent, queer, person of colour immigrant, she is navigating the intersection of all parts of her identity while lifting her voice to advocate for her community.
