As part of our ongoing training programs, our ECCNSW bilingual educators recently received training in podcasting production to enhance their skills in recording, sound editing, and conducting interviews.

Vanessa Papastavros, the National Program Manager of ECCNSW Speak My Language (Disability), led a comprehensive workshop that covered all the ins and outs of podcasting, from pre-production to production and post-production.

Thanks to this training, our bilingual educators now have the capabilities to create podcasts in different languages.

These podcasts will provide our CALD communities with access to relevant information on topics such as disability support, aged care support, and how to participate in elections.

It’s an exciting opportunity to share important knowledge with our diverse communities in a way that suits their needs.
