The 2025 graduate intake is open to graduates who have completed their degree within the last five years, as well as for grads if 2024 is their final year of study.

The ATO Graduate Program offers:

  • a competitive starting salary of $67,577, plus 15.4% super. Once you complete the program, you’ll secure a permanent position, and a pay rise! Your salary will be $75,279, (plus 15.4% super) and as an APS 4 officer within the ATO, you can earn up to $81,703 (plus 15.4% super)
  • two challenging work rotations to develop your skills and explore different work streams
  • a positive work-life balance with flexible work arrangements and generous leave entitlements
  • the opportunity to complete the program in one of our many locations across the country, including
    regional areas.
