DCJ’s Multicultural Community Engagement Conference
The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) Multicultural Community Engagement Conference: Building a Better Tomorrow, Together brought together a broad cross-section of individuals and organisations committed to building safe, inclusive, and resilient communities. The event highlighted the importance of collaboration and shared learning in addressing complex social issues.
Participants explored a range of initiatives led by DCJ and its government and non-government partners. Topics included culturally responsive service delivery, policy development, and strategies to support diverse communities and address domestic and family violence.
The Ethnic Communitiesโ Council of NSW (ECCNSW) was among the organisations that took part, contributing to discussions on multicultural engagement and community-focused approaches.
