The Ethnic Communities’ Council of NSW (ECCNSW) has formed a partnership with the Community Hub at Wollongong Public School to implement the Cancer Institute of NSW program called “Prevention, take the offer.”
The program’s target audience includes women from diverse ethnic backgrounds, specifically those with origins in Arabic countries such as Iraq and Syria, as well as Tunisian, Persian, and Malaysian backgrounds.
ECCNSW would like to thank the community hub leader, Evoon Yacoub, for her partnership and dedication to women’s health and wellbeing.
She has played a pivotal role in facilitating the program’s implementation and ensuring that it effectively meets the needs of the target communities.
