The NSW Government is looking at ways to help people prove their online identity and credentials in the digital future, to make everyday tasks simpler, safer and more secure.

Digital identity allows people to prove who they are in a digital form. Digital credentials allow people to display their training and educational qualifications in a digital form.

We are now consulting with stakeholders and the community to understand how digital identity and credentials can be easily accessible to all customers across NSW.

To help us identify ways to improve digital inclusion, we invite you to take part in an online survey, which should only take 3-6 minutes to complete.

HAVE YOUR SAY

To ensure everyone has a say, we are also conducting face to face interviews, focus groups and reaching out to our communities directly.

If you would like to take part in these non-online methods of consultation or would like more information, please contact our project team on [email protected] or by phoning 0436 695 476.
