Multicultural NSW has partnered with the Department of Customer Service, Better Regulation Division to run an online seminar on becoming and running an incorporated association. The seminar will provide general information on how to become incorporated and run an association, including:
- Benefits of incorporation
- Things to consider about your constitution
- Responsibilities of the Management Committee & the Public Officer
- Disputes – what avenues are available for resolution?
- Statutory obligations
- Financial reporting and meetings
The seminar will be offered twice, and both will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams:
