The NSW Government Department of Customer Service is creating a Multicultural Plan to ensure their services are meeting the needs of multicultural communities.
The Plan is currently in consultation phase and the Department would like input from multicultural community members, organisations, and businesses.
This is an important time for multicultural communities to have a say in how key services are delivered to our community. The Department of Customer Service includes organisations such as Service NSW, Revenue NSW, Fair Trading; and Births, Death and Marriages.
