The 50th Anniversary Gala recognises the ECCNSWโ€™s role in promoting social cohesion and community harmony.ย 

 

A highlight of the program will be the presentation of awards to organisations and individuals who have made significant contributions to the ECCNSW. ย 

 

ECCNSW will welcome representatives of our diverse state including community and faith leaders and government and parliamentary representatives for an evening of reflection, celebration and cultural performances.ย

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

 

There are no minimum age or ID requirements to enter the event. Alcohol will only be served to people 18+.

 

What are my transport or parking options for getting to and from the event?

 

Public Transport:

 

Bus: Several bus routes serve the area near Le Montage. The closest bus stop is “Norton St after City West Link,” approximately a 4-minute walk from the venue. Bus routes 437, 440, and 445 pass through this stop.

Light Rail: The nearest light rail station is “Lilyfield Light Rail,” about a 7-minute walk from Le Montage. The L1 Dulwich Hill Line services this station.

Train: The closest train stations are “Leichhardt North” and “Lewisham,” both approximately a 10-minute walk from the venue. These stations are served by the T2 Inner West & Leppington Line and T3 Bankstown Line.

Once I arrive, where do I go to register?
Upon arrival, you will be directed to the Sarah Grand Ballroom. The registration desk will be located outside of the ballroom.ย 

 

Are seats allocated by name on the tables

 

No. Tables will be allocated by number only and guests can select their seat. Table organisers may wish to provide their own name cards for set seating.ย 

 

Can we request that multiple table bookings be seated close by?

 

The event organisers will endeavour to seat multiple table bookings in close proximity.ย 

 

Can I buy individual tickets if I can’t get a table of 10 together?

 

Yes. You can buy individual tickets and you will be allocated a seat on an available table.ย 

 

What if one of my guests is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances and I canโ€™t access Humantix to amend my order. Can another guest take the seat?

ย Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

 

No, if you have a copy of your ticket saved in your phone or in your emails, you can show it to the registration team upon arrival. We have your details stored digitally in our ticketing platform. Only registered guests will be admitted into the event. ย 

 

Can I update my registration information?

 

Yes, you can. In the original email you receive from Humanitix containing your ECCNSW 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner ticket, there is an ‘Edit Order’ button. This will link to the site where you can update your personal ticketing information. This is particularly useful if you have purchased a table of 10 and need to go back into Humanitix to fill out the details of your guests – such as dietary requirements. ย 

 

Can I buy a table for 10 without having all my guests’ names, and update the details later?

 

Yes, you can purchase a table of 10 now and update guest details later. Use the ‘Edit Order’ button in the original email from Humanitix with your ECCNSW 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner ticket to access the site and update personal ticketing information, including guests’ names and dietary preferences. Ensure all details are updated before ticket sales close on Friday 2 May.

 

Is my ticket transferable?

 

Yes, you can transfer the name on your ticket by going into Humanitix and updating the details before ticket sales close on Friday 2 May

 

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?ย 

 

No. You need to go into Humanitix and update the name on the registration for your ticket, so you have the correct name on the night. ย 

 

What should I wear?
The dress code is formal or National Dress.ย 

 

Will dietary requirements be catered for?

 

Yes. Please ensure that you provide your dietary requirements for you and your guests if you are coordinating a table.
