Today the Australasian College of Dermatologists is celebrating World Skin Health Day 2021 with the launch of a new social media campaign and resource hub, Help, helps.

Help, helps aims to encourage and empower the many Australians living with chronic skin, hair and nail conditions to seek help and to raise broader awareness of the impact of these conditions.

We would value your support in promoting our World Skin Health Day, Help, helps campaign messages, information and resources. Follow us on social media. Like and share the Help, helps campaign and use the hashtags #helphelps #worldskinday or download our social media toolkit.

Help, helps and it’s only a conversation away

For more details, see College’s media release and visit the Help, helps resource hub today.

Help, helps videos feature Australians talking about their journey of living with skin, hair and nail conditions and the difference seeking help has made. They and their dermatologists reflect on the importance of understanding the impact of these conditions on people’s self-esteem, relationships and ability to do the things they enjoy.

ACD’s new Help, helps resource hub encourages Australians to seek help, talk to their GP or dermatologist about how their condition is impacting them, and connect with patient support groups, mental health organisations and other sources of information and support.

What is World Skin Health Day?
