From 12 noon, 21 September, people aged 18 years and under who live in stay-at-home areas and areas of concern can create a bubble of three friends to visit each other’s home, with the following conditions:
- Each person aged 18 years and under can have two designated friends also aged 18 years and under visit their house. These two friends must always be the same, creating a three-person friends bubble.
- All adults in all household must be fully vaccinated.
- The friends must live within 5km of each other or be in the same LGA.
- If parents or carers are dropping children off, they cannot stay or interact with other parents or carers.
