NSW Fair Trading has developed a new tenant information statement and landlord information statement in English and 17 other languages to help inform tenants and landlords about their rights and responsibilities under the new laws.
The Standard Residential Tenancy Agreement and Condition Report were updated to reflect the changes to residential tenancy laws starting 23 March 2020 and changes made by the Better Regulation Legislation Amendment Act 2020.
